Do I need to be NDIS registered?
No. Both registered providers and unregistered support workers can list on SupportPath. Families who are self-managed or plan-managed can work with unregistered providers. We'll show your registration status clearly on your profile.
Is it really free?
Yes. The free listing is free forever — no trial period, no credit card. We offer paid plans from $99/month (50% off launch price) for providers who want family connections and extra features, but you're never forced to upgrade. All paid plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
How do families find me?
Families search by suburb and service type. If you're in their area and offer what they need, your profile appears in results. The more complete your profile, the higher you'll rank.
Can I set my own rates?
Absolutely. You set your own rates and display them on your profile. SupportPath doesn't take a commission or percentage of your earnings.
What about insurance and checks?
You can upload and display your insurance, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, and any other qualifications. Families look for these when choosing a provider.
I'm already on another platform — can I join SupportPath too?
Of course. Many providers and workers list on multiple platforms. There's no exclusivity requirement.
Do I need an ABN?
Yes. An ABN is required for all provider and worker accounts on SupportPath. This applies to both businesses and individual sole traders.
