How SupportPath works
Choosing an NDIS provider shouldn't be stressful. Here's how SupportPath keeps it straightforward.
Your provider search in 4 easy steps
No cost for families. No catches.
Search your area
Pop in your suburb and the kind of support you're after — daily living, therapy, behaviour support, or anything else. We'll pull up every registered provider nearby.
Results load as you type. Narrow things down by NDIS registration, funding type (self-managed, plan-managed, or agency-managed), availability days, and more.
Weigh up your options
Each provider has a full profile with their services, qualifications, and feedback from other families. Put up to 3 side by side to see who suits your situation best.
The green "SupportPath Verified" badge means we've checked their NDIS registration. Browse family feedback to get the real picture, and check response times to see who's actively engaged.
Reach out securely
Message providers through our secure system — they're notified straight away and you can follow the conversation. No phone tag, no waiting in the dark.
If you don't hear back within 48 hours, we'll flag it and recommend other providers in your area so you're not left hanging. All messages stay private.
Safety built in
Every provider is checked against the NDIS Commission register. If anything feels off, report it and our team will look into it. Your family's wellbeing comes first.
Registration numbers are verified against official records. We also monitor response rates so inactive providers don't clog up your search.
Why families choose SupportPath
Zero cost for families
Searching, saving, messaging, and comparing providers won't cost you a cent. Access to quality support information should never come with a fee.
Registration checks on every provider
We cross-reference NDIS registrations with official government records. Unverified? You'll see it clearly. No second-guessing.
Genuine feedback from families
Browse honest reviews left by other families and participants. Every review is moderated so the feedback you read is authentic and useful.
No dead ends
If a provider takes too long to reply, we'll flag it and point you toward responsive alternatives nearby. Your time matters.
Works with every NDIS plan type
Self-managed, plan-managed, or agency-managed — filter by funding type so you only see providers that work with your setup.

Frequently asked questions
Is SupportPath free for families?
Yes — completely free. Families can search, compare, and contact providers without paying anything. Providers pay a monthly subscription to list and manage their profiles.
How do I know providers are legitimate?
NDIS providers are verified against government records. Profiles that are verified display a "SupportPath Verified" badge.
What types of providers are on SupportPath?
We list NDIS providers across all registration groups Australia-wide — including support coordination, therapy, daily living, and more.
Can I leave a review?
Yes. Families and participants can leave reviews for providers they've connected with. Reviews are moderated to ensure they are genuine. Providers cannot delete negative reviews.
What is the difference between self-managed, plan-managed, and agency-managed?
NDIA-managed (agency-managed) means the NDIA pays providers directly and you can only use registered providers. Plan-managed means a plan manager handles your budget and you can use some unregistered providers. Self-managed means you manage the budget yourself and can use any provider.
How do I find an NDIS plan manager?
Search for "Plan Management" in the service type filter. SupportPath lists registered plan managers across Australia. Compare their fees (which must come from your NDIS plan) and response times.
