Coordinator PortalCommon questions
Is SupportPath free for families?
Yes, completely free. You can search, compare, message providers and leave reviews without paying anything. Providers pay a subscription to be listed.
Is SupportPath an NDIS provider?
No. SupportPath is a directory that helps you find NDIS providers. We don't provide care services ourselves and we're not affiliated with the NDIS Commission or any government agency.
Can I use SupportPath with agency-managed funding?
You can browse all providers, but if you're agency-managed you can only engage NDIS-registered providers. Look for the "SupportPath Verified" badge on profiles.
How do I know a provider is trustworthy?
We verify NDIS registration numbers, display verified badges, and publish real reviews from families. We also have trust levels based on profile completeness and review ratings. Always do your own due diligence and arrange a meet & greet.
What if I have a problem with a provider?
You can report incidents or make complaints through SupportPath. See our Incidents & Complaints Policy for details. For serious concerns, contact the NDIS Commission on 1800 035 544.
